We want psychiatric clinics to be a place of emotional support for patients.
We believe that it is important for people with some kind of mental illness to find the clinic they have finally mustered the courage to visit, and that the space should be one that is emotionally supportive of the patients and a place where they can find peace of mind, so we developed the design around the main theme of "comfort and comfort."
The overall image was aimed for an interior filled with the natural textures of a forest, surrounded by trees and greenery.
Particular attention was paid to arranging furniture such as tables and chairs, as well as louvers that softly divide the space, so that patients can enter and exit the examination and counseling rooms with as little stress as possible while still having separate places for each patient while still maintaining a subtle sense of distance from one another.
The central pillar, which cannot be moved, serves as the symbol of the clinic, watching over the patients like a large tree in the forest and skillfully controlling the intersection of their gazes.
