This is the final home that was rebuilt by a couple whose children became independent.
The site is located on a small hill with a spacious garden and a one-story main house and barn built by his grandparents, with a spacious and well-ventilated area.
The relationship between each residential building was reconfigured, and consideration was given to ensuring privacy from surrounding buildings and the usability of the owned fields.
A layout plan was adopted in which the main house, barn, and new house surround a newly renovated garden.
The house is designed to be barrier-free and has a floor plan of a one-story building with almost no steps, in anticipation of the future life after retirement.
nside, the two box spaces of the study and bathroom are sandwiched between them, and the entrance, kitchen, dining/living room, guest room, and master bedroom are connected in parallel, and covered by a single large roof with high side windows. It has acquired a comfortable space.
The main rooms have large wooden openings, and the aim is to create a home where you can enjoy a sense of unity with the peaceful garden through the terrace, no matter where you are in the room.
